Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone and provide accurate information.
Prepare and maintain sales documents, proposals, contracts, quotations, and PI
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
Monitor and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Track order status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain records of pricing, discounts, and product availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant teams.
