Support the sales team by coordinating orders, customer communication, and internal processes to ensure smooth sales operations and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate with customers, distributors, and internal teams (production, logistics, finance).
Track order status and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain sales data and prepare basic MIS reports.
Support the sales team with documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce/Business or related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination (B2B/manufacturing preferred).
Working knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and MS Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
