Sales Coordinator

The Role: Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our sales process. Your primary goal is to efficiently manage our lead pipeline, ensuring that every promising prospect is handled with professionalism and seamlessly transferred to our Sales Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records in our
CRM system
for all leads, contacts, and communication history.
Lead Follow-Up:
Proactively follow up with new and existing leads via
phone and email
to qualify their needs and gauge interest in Telelec's products.
Communication:
Handle customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism. Excellent communication skills are
paramount
due to our diverse customer base spread across
different geographies in India
.
Seamless Handoff:
Quickly identify qualified, interested customers and execute a smooth, comprehensive transfer (handoff) to the assigned
Sales Engineer
for technical consultation and closing.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and basic information sharing.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
1-3 years in sales support, coordination, or B2B customer service is preferred.
CRM Expertise:
Proven ability to use and maintain a CRM platform effectively.
Communication Prowess:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
in English. Multilingual skills are a strong asset.
Organizational Skills:
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational ability to manage a high volume of leads.
Attitude:
Proactive, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
