JOB SUMMARY



We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Sales Support & Coordination



Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and rate sheets for clients. Coordinate with clients to understand service requirements and provide timely updates. Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and CRM systems. Follow up with prospects and existing clients on inquiries, pending documents, and status updates.

Customer Service & Communication



Serve as a point of contact for customer queries related to shipments, pricing, and service schedules. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding shipment status, delivery timelines, and documentation needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and prompt communication.

Operations Coordination



Liaise with operations, transport, warehousing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate necessary documentation for shipments, bookings, and billing. Monitor ongoing shipments and resolve any issues in coordination with internal teams.

Reporting & Administration



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Track sales targets, forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Support administrative tasks such as preparing agreements, maintaining files, and managing correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Strong understanding of logistics services such as freight, transportation, warehousing, and customs processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM/ERP systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
