Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination
Assist sales engineers and managers in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents for industrial automation products (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, servo systems, robots, etc.).
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and project progress with customers and internal teams.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement for product availability, stock checks, and order fulfillment.
Customer Communication
Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, product information, order status, and delivery schedules.
Provide timely and professional responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support channel partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders with required documents and information.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management review.
Ensure proper documentation for sales orders, contracts, and project-related files.
Assist in preparing presentations, tender documents, and technical-commercial submissions.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to verify product specifications.
Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit management.
Support marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns when required.
Qualifications Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration
or a related field.
Experience
1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Customer Support Executive, or Sales Administrator.
Familiarity with automation components (PLCs, sensors, drives, control panels, industrial networking) is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of basic technical terms in industrial automation.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
