We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with clients, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operational flow. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and
freshers who are eager to learn

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
Maintain and update sales data, reports, and CRM records
Coordinate internally with logistics, accounts, and operations teams
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance
Handle customer queries and follow-ups
Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
Support lead generation and basic sales follow-up activities
Prepare MIS/Sales reports as required
Ensure smooth communication between field sales and internal teams
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic MS Excel knowledge (Advanced Excel is a plus)
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
Multitasking and time management skills
Willingness to learn and grow (for freshers)
Prior experience in sales coordination is a plus, but not mandatory
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers & candidates with 1-3 years of experience can apply

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
