Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and client meetings. Maintain and update sales databases, trackers, and MIS reports. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documents. Follow up with clients post-site visits and maintain strong client relationships. Support sales executives with daily operational tasks. Manage coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams. Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow within the department. Maintain client documentation and support CRM-related activities.

Requirements



Only Male candidates are preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator (Real Estate experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must have personal vehicle.
