Coordinate directly with clients
for queries, order updates, and post-sales support.
Assist the sales team in preparing and sending proposals, quotations, and business correspondence.
Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
Support in organizing client meetings, demos, and internal coordination between departments.
Follow up with clients for payments, project timelines, and document submissions.
Track and manage the sales order process from initiation to closure.
Prepare periodic sales reports and assist in performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Delivery) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Handle
front-desk duties
such as attending calls, managing inquiries, and facilitating client visits.
Assist in coordinating marketing activities, events, and client communication campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-3years of experience in
sales coordination, client servicing, or front-office management
(preferably in IT or service-based organizations).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
