Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with clients and internal teams on project-based requirements. Handle customer communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Manage order follow-ups, quotations, and dispatch updates. Maintain sales data, reports, and customer records accurately. Ensure smooth coordination between production, dispatch, and clients.

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication in

English & Hindi

. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

MS Office

, email drafting, and online communication. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements. Organized, proactive, and quick in decision-making.
