About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Fashion Sales Coordinator

to convert leads from WhatsApp, email marketing, and other digital sources into successful sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, excellent at communication, and skilled in nurturing leads through meaningful conversations that convert into purchases.

This role bridges marketing and sales -- you'll be actively engaging with potential clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls, resolving their queries, providing styling guidance, and upselling or cross-selling our premium designer menswear products.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Conversion:

Manage and convert leads generated from WhatsApp, email campaigns, website inquiries, and social media into confirmed sales.

Client Communication:

Interact with customers professionally over WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Campaign Management:

Monitor and operate WhatsApp and email marketing dashboards, track campaign performance, and follow up on interested leads.

Sales Growth:

Proactively suggest upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase average order value.

Customer Experience:

Resolve pre-purchase queries, handle product or size-related concerns, and ensure a seamless buying journey.

Database Management:

Maintain lead and sales data accurately in CRM tools, update client interactions, and report daily conversions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in online sales, client servicing, or customer relationship roles (fashion/luxury experience preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (Fluent English is a must). Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, email marketing tools, and CRM dashboards. Passion for fashion, styling, and understanding of premium apparel products. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a customer-first attitude.
