Process Coordinator (PC) / Project Coordinator

Location: Office/Site (Noida sec- 68/ Noida extension)

Type: Full-time

Department: Backend Operations / Sales Operations

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills and a knack for managing daily operations in a fast-paced sales environment? We're looking for a Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

? Track daily attendance, leads, visits, and team activities

? Conduct daily team calls & assign tasks to TSEs

? Review and update CRM: leads, follow-ups, feedback

? Prepare & maintain DSR, MTD, activity, booking, and projection reports

? Conduct weekly TSE training sessions

? Update project info, pricing, creatives, and coordinate with IT/portals

? Manage booking documentation, KYC, and revenue sheets

? Coordinate with PSA for broker bills, salaries, and incentives

? Liaise with HR for manpower changes, exits, and new joiners

? Provide CRM training to new joiners & report their progress

? Conduct weekly IVR call audits & spam issue checks

? Share trackers and performance reports as per schedule

? Perform surprise site visits for on-ground updates

? Reassign leads and clean up CRM/IVR for exited employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
