Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage professional email correspondence with clients and internal teams
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients, addressing queries and providing timely updates
Coordinate sales activities and follow-ups between clients and the sales team
Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and product demos for the sales team
Support the team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, operations) to support sales execution
Maintain CRM systems and ensure all client communications are accurately logged
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in drafting professional emails and conducting client phone calls
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
