Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, opportunities, and deal status.
Make follow-up calls/messages to prospects and clients as directed by the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM or designated tracking systems.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status and sales progress.
Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and client visits.
Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Liaise with other departments (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Identify gaps or delays in follow-ups and take timely action.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales coordination, inside sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive approach.
