Roles and Responsibilities



Develop sales strategies to achieve targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on lead generation, negotiation techniques, and customer service standards. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales planning and strategy development. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers. Identify areas for process improvement within the sales function.

1-10 years of experience in real estate industry or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
