Job Summary:



The Sales Coordinator - Domestic Sales is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations within the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Support:

Coordinate with field sales teams to track orders, follow up with clients, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain sales records, reports, and relevant data to monitor performance and trends. Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.

Order Management:

Handle the end-to-end process of domestic sales orders - from order placement to delivery. Ensure timely invoicing and coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams. Track inventory levels and communicate with the warehouse to avoid stockouts.

Customer Coordination:

Act as a point of contact for domestic clients for order updates, delivery schedules, and general queries. Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with relevant departments.

Internal Coordination:

Liaise with accounts, logistics, production, and marketing departments to ensure seamless operations. Support the sales team in planning and organizing promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and client visits.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review. Maintain documentation related to purchase orders, client communications, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role (preferably in domestic B2B or B2C). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualities:



Knowledge of domestic logistics and distribution networks. Experience handling high-volume order processing. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a customer-focused approach.
