East State Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
CRM (Client Relationship Manager) cum Sales Coordinator
to support our real estate sales operations across the East region. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the sales process--from CRM management and lead tracking to supporting site visits and assisting in deal closures. The sales Coordinator will act as the backbone of the sales team, ensuring efficient coordination, reporting, and communication between clients, sales executives, and internal departments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Sales Operations & CRM Management:
Manage and update the CRM system (e.g., lead assignment, follow-ups, client interaction history).
Ensure all inquiries, site visits, and sales activities are logged accurately and timely in the CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead distribution and tracking.
Ensure each stage of the sales process is aligned with established SOPs.
Ensure smooth transition of leads from marketing to sales.
2. Communication & Supervision

Act as the central point of communication between the sales team, marketing team, HR, and leadership
Supervise and observe day-to-day activities of sales executives
Identify process bottlenecks or performance issues and flag them promptly
3.Reporting & Analysis:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
Track inventory status, bookings, cancellations, and sales targets.
Highlight delays or gaps in the sales process and suggest process improvements.
Act as the central point of communication between the sales team, marketing team, HR, and leadership.
Submit structured reports to the Head of Department with suggestions when necessary.
4.Administrative Support:
Maintain organized records of client interactions, booking forms, payment receipts, and agreements Work closely with the team to understand challenges at each sales stage
Provide immediate support or escalate concerns to relevant departments (HR, Management)
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and payment follow-ups.
Offer practical solutions to overcome routine obstacles in coordination or communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-4 years of experience in sales co-ordination.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the real estate sales process is an advantage.
