We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team in Udaipur, India. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in sales and customer service.
Assist the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage and update the customer database and CRM system
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales processes
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities
Participate in trade shows and other sales events as required
Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and pricing
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales coordination or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in lead generation and converting inquiries into sales opportunities
Basic understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
