Handle tele-calling to follow up on inquiries and new leads.
Maintain and update the CRM or Excel for leads, follow-ups, and sales orders.
Prepare and send quotations and pricing sheets as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with field sales staff and update on customer requirements and queries.
Communicate with customers for order confirmation, payment follow-ups, & dispatch updates.
Maintain customer database, issue invoices in coordination with accounts team.
Track pending orders and coordinate with production & dispatch teams.
Send daily and weekly sales reports to the management.
Represent the company professionally via calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Requirements :
Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Marketing preferred).
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales support or tele-calling.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic emailing.
Proactive attitude with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Organized and disciplined in documentation and reporting.
