Sales Coordinator

to support the sales team by coordinating between the plant employees, sales department, and customers. The role involves managing

Purchase Orders (POs)

, ensuring timely dispatch, and preparing

MIS reports

. Hands-on experience in

SAP

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

.

Coordinate between

plant, sales team, and customers

for smooth order execution. Process and track

Purchase Orders (POs)

in

SAP

with accuracy. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery in coordination with the plant team. Prepare and maintain

MIS reports

(daily/weekly/monthly) for management. Follow up on pending orders, payments, and dispatches. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

Key Skills:



Proficiency in

SAP (Sales & Distribution / MM Module preferred)

. Strong command of

MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

. Excellent

coordination, communication, and reporting skills

. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,199.95 - ?31,064.88 per month
