Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day operations.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and customer data.
Communicate with clients to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
Collaborate with logistics, finance, and production teams for timely delivery and billing.
Maintain records of sales performance, targets, and achievements.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Support the team in lead generation and customer relationship management.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
3-5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred:
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
Knowledge of sales order and dispatch processes.
