Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organised

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order processing, customer communication, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers for order confirmation, documentation, and dispatch details. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up on approvals. Handle email correspondence and maintain records of customer interactions. Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases in Excel or ERP. Coordinate between production, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment. Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and MIS. Follow up on payments and pending dues with customers. Handle after-sales queries and coordinate service requests with technical teams.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English, Hindi, and Telugu Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with sales documentation and invoicing Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / other ERP software is an added advantage Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred) 1-4 years of relevant experience as Sales Coordinator or in a back-office sales role Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
