Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing:
- Achieve sales targets
- Attend to customers, architects, and builders
- Satisfy client needs
2. Store Management:
- Achieve store targets within budget
- Prepare monthly MDR and sales reports
3. Client Engagement:
- Brief clients and architects on products and promotions
- Attend to client stock updates
4. Operations:
- Handle maintenance-related issues
- Monitor day-to-day transactions, reports, and accounting
- Schedule customer deliveries
5. Supply Chain Management:
- Place stock requirements with DC
- Manage inventory
