Job Description

Order Management & Logistics:

Processing customer orders, verifying prices, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory documentation.

Administrative Support:

Maintaining CRM databases, managing schedules, setting up meetings, and creating sales presentations or proposals.

Customer Relations:

Serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, resolving complaints, providing after-sales support, and following up on potential leads.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Preparing weekly/monthly sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and identifying sales trends to support management decisions.

Internal Coordination:

Liaising with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth sales cycles and inventory availability.

Team Support & Documentation:

Organizing sales materials, maintaining records, and sometimes assisting with onboarding new sales personnel.

Required Skills:



Proficiency in CRM software

and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational

and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
