Job Description



A Technical Sales International role blends deep technical expertise with global business development, focusing on selling complex products or solutions across multiple regions while managing cultural, regulatory, and logistical challenges. It requires strong communication, technical knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships internationally.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management



Identify and develop new international business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, distributors, and partners.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations.

Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and execute international sales plans aligned with company objectives.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas clients.

Achieve revenue targets and expand market share in assigned regions.

Technical Expertise



Understand and explain complex technical diagram aspect products or solutions.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

Customize solutions to meet diverse client requirements across industries.

Market & Competitor Analysis



Research international markets, trends, and competitor activities.

Adapt strategies to local regulations, standards, and cultural expectations.

Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Coordinate with international client thru email.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (MBA preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work across cultures and languages.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.

Ability to address customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
