Sales Coordinator (Female Preferred)



Job Summary



We are looking for a smart, organized, and energetic

Sales Coordinator

to support the sales team, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth sales operations. The candidate will act as a link between sales, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with sales team for orders, quotations, and follow-ups Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and documentation Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp Follow up on payments, dispatch details, and order status Maintain customer database and sales records Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments Support marketing activities and exhibitions if required

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate or Diploma (Any stream) 1-3 years experience in sales coordination or office administration Good communication skills in

English & Tamil

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email) Good coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills

Gender Preference



Female candidates preferred

Salary & Benefits



Salary: ?12,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience) Working Time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday PF / ESI / Other benefits as per company policy
