Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Role Summary:

Galatta Media is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in driving revenue across media, digital, and branded content solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations

Prepare sales proposals, media plans, quotations, and presentations

Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams

Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales reports

Track sales leads, follow-ups, and closures to ensure timely execution

Assist in contract preparation, invoicing coordination, and documentation

Handle client communication and ensure timely response to queries

Monitor campaign execution status and coordinate post-sales support

Analyze sales data and generate periodic performance reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support (media/digital industry preferred)

Strong understanding of sales processes, client servicing, and coordination

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM knowledge is a plus

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Experience working with media sales teams will be an added advantage
