The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations, managing customer orders, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and follow-ups
Prepare and share
quotations, price lists, and order confirmations
Handle
customer inquiries
via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Process
sales orders
and coordinate with production & dispatch teams
Track order status and ensure
on-time delivery
Maintain
customer data, sales reports, and MIS
Follow up on
payments
with customers in coordination with accounts
Support sales team in tenders, documentation, and approvals
Handle post-sales coordination and customer feedback
Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate
1-4 years of experience in
sales coordination / inside sales
Experience in
manufacturing / industrial sales
is an advantage
Good communication skills in
English & Tamil
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
