We are looking for enthusiastic
Sales Coordinator
with
strong communication skills
and a customer-focused attitude. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing our ERP/POS solutions, and generating sales leads. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly communicate the value of icube ERP/POS products
Understand client needs and answer queries confidently and accurately
Schedule demos or follow-up calls with the internal sales team
Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Provide timely updates and feedback to the sales lead/manager
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Any degree or diploma
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Languages:
Any regional language is acceptable (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.), but
fluency in English and clear communication

Tools:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems preferred
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and clarity
Confidence in handling client conversations over the phone
Strong persuasion and listening skills
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
