Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day sales activities.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update customer records, pricing details, and sales data in the system.
Act as a point of contact between customers, sales executives, production, and dispatch teams.
Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, payments, and feedback.
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and monthly performance summaries.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and escalate concerns when required.
Support sales promotions, tenders, and marketing activities as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably in the building material or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM systems.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
