Sales Coordinator

with 1-2 years of experience to support the sales team in managing leads, preparing reports, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth backend sales operations. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi as the role involves regular communication with Hindi-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities and follow-ups. Communicate with clients in

Hindi

Handle incoming inquiries and maintain lead records in CRM or Excel. Prepare quotations, sales reports, and order processing documentation. Follow up with clients for payments, orders, and documentation. Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Support senior sales staff with presentations, proposals, and data management. Maintain accurate records of sales targets, performance, and pipeline.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hindi fluency - mandatory.

Good command of English (preferred). Strong follow-up skills and customer service orientation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM knowledge is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Qualifications

Graduate in any Degree

1-2 years of experience

as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
