DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES CO-ORDINATOR
1. Must be calm and work respectfully while interacting with the customers.
2. Must be sincere, trustworthy and maintain confidentiality
3. You are the Coordination facilitator between sales, delivery & accounts for a
smooth sale transaction and maintain good customer relationship
4. Establish active communication with sales representatives to ensure that
orders are processed promptly according to customer requirements and
delivered on time
5. Your job is only to follow up and report to the management regularly the
progress done by the sales executives or delivery in charge or process in
charge.
6. You can collect payment directly from customers
7. In case of long leave or absence your nominated back up will do the work
and when you come back to duty you will take over all data for the leave
period
8. You will apply your mind to each and very order in the company's interest is
being comprised in any manner you will bring it to all the directors' notice
by a written mail.
Work details with regard to Order Forms, Payment Collection, Billing & Delivery,
Debtor List and Reporting .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,517.42 per month
