The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in day-to-day operations, helps manage customer inquiries, prepares quotations, tracks orders, and ensures smooth communication between sales, logistics, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to the sales department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Prior experience in sales support or coordination preferred.
Preferred - specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, trading, FMCG, real estate, etc.)
