Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Customer Handling & Site Management



oCoordinate and manage site visits for prospective clients.

oExplain project layouts, plot options, and highlight investment benefits clearly.

oAssist customers throughout the process -- from inquiry and follow-up till final registration.

oBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.

Lead Generation & Tele-calling



oGenerate leads using real estate online platforms like 99acres, Magic bricks, Housing.com, OLX, and social media.

oHandle incoming leads promptly and make outbound calls to prospective buyers.

oMaintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions.

Marketing Support



oSupport offline marketing activities such as paper inserts, flex banners, brochures, and site branding.

oParticipate in exhibitions, expos, and promotional campaigns to increase customer reach.

oAssist the sales team with distributing marketing collaterals and project information.

Knowledge of Housing & Apartments

oUnderstanding of individual housing and apartment sales processes in addition to layout sales.

oAbility to explain housing projects, amenities, and features to prospective buyers.

oStay updated on local real estate market trends across plots, houses, and apartments.

Coordination & Reporting



oRecord and manage data using Google Drive and CRM tools.

oShare daily/weekly updates on leads, site visits, and registrations with management.

oCoordinate with vendors for collaterals and event setups when required

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS



oBachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

o1-3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing (layouts, housing, or apartments).

oGood communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and English (preferred).

oAbility to explain project layouts, housing, and apartment features effectively.

oFamiliarity with online real estate platforms (99acres, Magic bricks, Housing.com, etc.).

oBasic knowledge of Google Drive, Excel, and CRM tools.

oWillingness to travel locally for site visits and promotions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,044.33 - ₹29,517.42 per month
