Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and customer service activities.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales team events or conferences.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely information about products, pricing, and availability.
Track sales leads, progress, and report performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Process orders, manage invoices, and assist in managing inventory levels related to customer sales.
Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and presentations.
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages for the sales team when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
