We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and a strong understanding of sales support in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between the
sales team, production, and dispatch departments
to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare and maintain
sales orders, quotations, and invoices
.
Handle
customer inquiries
, follow up on pending orders, and update customers on order status.
Maintain and update
sales records, reports, and databases
.
Assist the sales team in
pricing, documentation, and tender submissions
.
Follow up with
clients for payments, delivery schedules, and feedback
.
Generate and share
daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
with management.
Coordinate with
logistics and stores
for dispatch planning.
Support marketing activities like trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing
or equivalent.
1-2 years
of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial company
.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and ERP systems.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Excellent
coordination, organization, and multitasking abilities
.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
