Receive and process orders from the sales team or customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Prepare proforma invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
Coordinate with stores/dispatch to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
Customer Coordination
Communicate with dealers/customers regarding order status, dispatch details, and pending deliveries.
Handle incoming calls and assist with queries related to products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with documentation, stock information, and follow-up updates.
Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases regularly.
Support the Sales Manager in preparing reports, tracking pending orders, and organizing sales-related documents.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Liaise with the Accounts team for payment status and credit approvals.
Work closely with the Warehouse and Purchase teams for stock confirmation and product availability.
Follow up on dispatch status and provide logistics information (transport/LR details) to customers.
Reporting
Maintain and update daily order and dispatch status sheet.
Prepare pending order reports, stock availability reports, and payment follow-up lists.
Submit regular updates to the Sales Manager and provide support in sales reviews.
