Responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, production, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product or order-related information.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain sales records, customer data, and follow-up reports.
Support in preparing sales reports and tracking targets.
Communicate with clients for order confirmations, payments, and feedback.
Ensure smooth after-sales support and handle basic customer issues.
Key Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of sales processes and manufacturing workflow
Attention to detail and time management
Customer service orientation
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support (preferably in Manufacturing Industry)
