. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and coordination skills to handle both backend sales support and direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients to understand their printing requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage backend sales processes, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team by handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining sales records.
Engage with customers via calls, emails, and in-person to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Maintain a database of leads, clients, and prospects for effective follow-ups.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
Requirements:
Experience in sales coordination, preferably in the printing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage sales-related administrative tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience : 6 months to 3 years
Preferred Languages : English, Hindi, Tamil
Proficiency in Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Power point, Spreadsheet
