Position Overview



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to support our B2B sales operations in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, Google Workspace (GWS), and MS Office, along with a strong background in B2B sales coordination. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, and the role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Customer Management



Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing. Prepare and send quotations, track approvals, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Handle spare parts inquiries, quotations, and dispatch coordination. Maintain and update customer master data in ERP/CRM systems. Support account managers in managing existing client relationships and developing new ones.

CRM & ERP Management



Update and maintain customer records, product masters, and sales data in ERP and CRM systems. Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and trackers using ERP, GWS, and MS Office tools. Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities, including lead management and order processing.

Operational Support



Support in coordinating product information updates, price lists, and sales documents. Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, service) to ensure smooth order execution. Track shipment schedules and provide clients with timely updates.

Qualifications & Skills



Must-Have:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in

B2B sales coordination

, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors. Proficiency in

ERP systems

,

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

, and

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Good-to-Have:



Hindi proficiency (spoken & written) for client and vendor interactions. Prior experience handling

spares sales

and after-sales coordination. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial machinery, or related products.

Key Competencies



Detail orientation and accuracy in data handling. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Analytical mindset with ability to generate and interpret reports. Time management and ability to prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
