Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations between sales, production, and customers. You will play a key role in managing orders, coordinating with departments, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide product information. Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices. Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment. Maintain and update sales records and customer databases. Assist sales team with reports, presentations, and documentation. Follow up on payments and delivery schedules. Support in after-sales service and resolving customer issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role (manufacturing preferred/ Or Relevant ). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM Software). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
