Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing from order placement to delivery.
Maintain sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.
Update and manage customer data in the CRM system to ensure accurate and current information.
Coordinate meetings between sales team members and clients, and organize internal sales meetings.
Liaise with the warehouse or inventory team to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and credit control.

2. Education Qualifications: UG/PG in the relevant field.
3. Languages Known: English, Tamil, and any other regional languages
4. Experience: Fresher to 2 years in the relevant field.
