Job Description

Lead Management & Conversion



Maintain & update lead database (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, referrals).

Ensure timely follow-ups on all leads until closure.

Achieve conversion targets as per monthly/quarterly enrollment goals.

Coordinate with counselors/faculty for demo classes and feedback collection.

2. Admissions & Enrollment Support



Support admission counselors in completing the enrollment process smoothly.

Ensure all required documents, fee receipts, and registrations are accurately maintained.

Track and report daily admissions, pending cases, and drop-offs.

3. Marketing & Outreach Coordination



Coordinate with the marketing team for executing campaigns (seminars, school tie-ups, career guidance workshops).

Support in organizing parent-student counseling sessions, scholarship tests, and promotional events.

Ensure branding materials and communication (brochures, WhatsApp messages, emailers) reach the target audience on time.

4. Customer Relationship Management



Act as the first point of contact for student/parent queries regarding courses, fees, and schedules.

Maintain positive relationships with enrolled students and parents to support retention.

Gather student/parent feedback and share insights with management.

5. Sales Reporting & MIS



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (leads, walk-ins, conversions, pending admissions).

Track counselor performance against set targets.

Share insights on lead sources and suggest improvements for better ROI.

6. Coordination with Academic & Operations Team



Align with faculty and academic coordinators for demo classes, counseling sessions, and orientation programs.

Coordinate batch schedules and ensure timely communication with parents/students.

Escalate student/parent concerns to the management for quick resolution.

7. Revenue & Fee Collection Support



Support in monitoring fee collection and installment follow-ups.

Update records of fee defaulters and coordinate with accounts for recovery.
