Job Description

Manages & Asses sales teams' daily sales, operations and performance

Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day operations. Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and dashboards using Excel. Assist in order processing, invoicing, and follow-up with customers/distributors. Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collections. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation. Provide support in handling customer queries and feedback. Assist in data entry and reconciliation in Tally as required. Utilize Field Assist software (or similar) for sales tracking, attendance, and reporting
Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, MIS reporting). Basic knowledge of Tally ERP. Familiarity with Field Assist software (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
