Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Coordinator (Female)

to join our team in Chennai, Egmore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, coordinating with clients, managing CRM activities, and ensuring smooth telemarketing and sales operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a strong background in sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential clients. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data. Prepare sales reports, track targets, and monitor team performance. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services. Support the team in organizing sales campaigns, events, and client meetings.

Key Skills Required

Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, telemarketing, or sales coordination. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Good problem-solving and client-handling skills. Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
