Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Order Processing: Manage sales orders from initiation to delivery; ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email or phone and provide status updates on orders and deliveries.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Sales Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
Coordination: Liaise with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to support sales objectives.
Event & Meeting Support: Help coordinate trade shows, sales meetings, and other promotional events.
Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Follow-Up: Track leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team to close deals.
