Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-ups. Convert qualified leads into potential customers through effective communication. Maintain customer databases, update CRM, and track sales progress. Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve targets. Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports. Assist in handling customer queries and providing timely support. Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Female candidates only. Excellent communication skills in

Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and English

(multi-lingual proficiency is a must). Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales coordination. Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and CRM tools preferred. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
