Complete day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks with the sales team
Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports using MS Excel
Communicate with clients, dealers, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing
Prepare and share quotations, order confirmations, and follow-up emails
Support sales activities such as preparing presentations using MS PowerPoint
Coordinate dispatch and delivery updates with the operations team
Handle basic documentation and customer inquiries professionally
Requirements:
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
