Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:



Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar coordination or support role in FMCG Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic ERP tools Ability to multitask and work under pressure Availability during business hours with flexibility for urgent requirements Strong follow-up and documentation skills Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with the sales team, factory/production team, and logistics to ensure timely order processing and dispatch Provide regular updates on order tracking and delivery status to clients and internal team Follow up on payment status with clients and update the management accordingly Maintain and manage all relevant sales documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and client communications Assist in preparing sales reports, order summaries, and other relevant documentation Act as a single point of contact for internal and external coordination related to sales operations Address client queries and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with the sales team.
