Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to leads from Instagram and other social media platforms.
Speak with customers in

to understand their needs.
Share qualified lead details with the sales team for further processing.
Coordinate and follow up with the sales team until the lead is converted.
Maintain accurate records of all leads and update status regularly in CRM or tracking sheets.
Share lead reports and conversion updates with the management team.
Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and trends.
Key Skills:
Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written) -- must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms
