The Referral Sales Coordinator manages and nurtures leads from referral networks (e.g., BNI, JCI, INNER Wheel), coordinates sales processes, and ensures timely lead closure. They act as a liaison between referral networks and the sales team to drive business growth through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Referral Management:
Handle leads from referral networks, validate leads, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Sales Coordination:
Collaborate with sales team for timely follow-ups, demonstrations, and closures.
Partner Engagement:
Build and sustain strong relationships with referral partners and clients.
Sales Support:
Update referral partners on lead progress and assist with documentation.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report referral lead outcomes and conversion rates.
Marketing Support:
Assist in developing promotional strategies for platforms like IndiaMart.
Process Improvement:
Suggest enhancements in lead tracking and referral incentives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
1-3 years' experience in sales coordination or referral marketing.
Proficiency in CRM systems, communication, and relationship-building.
Willingness to attend networking events.

Compensation:
?15,000 - ?25,000 (with ESI and PF)
